Hi! My name is Aric and I have lived in Arizona almost my entire life.  My family and I have lived in the Surprise community for the past four years and have really enjoyed it.  We really wanted to run our own business and decided to open up our own mobile food truck and catering comany.   I wasn't always a cook, I acutally started out as a Dishwasher at a Denny's Restaurant in Phoenix.  I decided I wanted more and moved quickly into a cooking position.  I found my passion and ran with it.  We moved to Surprise and became a cook and supervisor at a local restaurant where I gained a lot of experience and techniques.  I  love cooking for people and creating my own twists on traditional dishes, I wanted to apply my own style to Mexican cuisine. That is how we came up with the concept of "AZ Nativo".
